A fresh design, exquisite performances and great speed make Lampuga jetboards appealing at first sight, even before you tried it
Riding a jetboard grows to a world-famous sport, connecting entertainment with recreation on lakes, seas, rivers, channels and even on oceans. As you can ride a jetboard wherever you are, it is an attractive accessory to ships, sailboats, catamarans and yachts but also for a trip to the beach with the whole family. Built up to highest standards, Lampuga is the ideal jetboard for those looking for fun and luxury. Lampuga develops electric surfboards and stands with an emission-free drive for innovation and quality made in Germany. The company produces in southern Germany the three models Lampuga Boost, with up to 58 km/h the world’s fastest jetboard, the inflatable Lampuga Air and the Lampuga Rescue, a board specially designed for coastal rescues services.
Jetboards are powered with a jet drive, water is sucked in and the flow accelerated before being ejected as a jet at the stem, creating the thrust. The Lampuga Air is key model for its series. It combines a striking design with easy transportability and a powerful jet drive for best movement on water. The transportability is the result of a clever combination system. The Lampuga Air consist of two parts: an inflatable hull and the Power Box, which contains electric motor, cooling and powerful lithium-ion battery. Both parts can be transported separately, stored with ease and be fixed to each other with special tension locks. In total the Lampuga Air is about 38 kg and the battery constitutes about 20 kg of the whole weight. Design, power and perfection – these keywords are characterising for the Lampuga Boost. Consisting of carbon, the hull is well shaped for the best performance in water. The smooth movements allow a precise controlling of the board and dynamic maneuvers. The shape as well as the engine power lead to a breath-taking speed of up to 58 km/h and the faster you drive the more stability the board gets.
In total the Lampuga Boost has a weight of about 40 kg, also with a battery weight of 20 kg. Depending on the driving style, weight, experience and water conditions, the average battery life is up to 45 minutes, then the battery needs to be recharged, which takes about two hours. A plug-and-play-system simplifies the change of the battery and the strong closing mechanisms guarantees a firm hold even at strong waves. The sport is quickly learnt and requires no previous experience, all that is needed is the desire to do something new. Anyone can try it, from the youngest and the oldest. The boards are controlled by shifting weight and the acceleration is performed by a remote control. It is connected to the board via Bluetooth, but the rope between the board and the remote control leads to better stability. Another safety mechanism is the kill switch system at the back of the boards. If you fall off the board the magnetic system falls off as well and the engine of the board stops.

Modern, fast and with high quality materials, Lampuga jetsboard is a must have for the coming season.
