Mondomarine – The sale of the M40 Explorer
Mondomarine has signed the sale of the 40 m displacement project M40 Explorer designed by the Italian Naval Architect and Designer Sergio Cutolo – Hydro Tec. Cutolo has handled exterior design, structural design, hydrodynamic and engineering for this 40-metre explorer vessel. The project of interiors is designed by Umberto Fossati. It is a full displacing unit representing an evolution in the Explorer yacht concept. It indeed maintains the technical features of every long-range unit but matched here with a modern and endearing line. The layout has been specifically studied for the Owner who will use the M40 Explorer as a family boat around the world. The tender too will be custom made with the same family style as the M40 Explorer. Mondomarine is also proud to reintroduce itself with its new identity, new image and new values. The advertising campaign launched along with the website (www.mondomarine.mc) and a new logo focuses on the brand’s new philosophy which is synthesised in the tagline ‘the next sea level. Everything started when, two years ago, Mr. Falciai and Mr. Zambrini acquired the brand and the production site. While the commercial and marketing duties of Mondomarine have been moved to Monaco, the new owners’ will is to empower the Savona shipyards with new vitality and modernity. Cantieri Navali Campanella will become the ideal set for the production, the repair and refit offer and the showroom activities. The centenary, celebrated this year, will be the occasion to relaunch the shipyards’ identity.
