The Fast-growing Heesen Fleet
New Yacht in the 5000 Aluminium Class
Heesen successfully launched YN 18750, formerly known as Project Aster, but during a private ceremony the Owner named his new yacht Masa. The name perfectly fits this elegant yacht, the eighth in 5000 Aluminium Class, which is proving to be one of the most successful in Heesen’s extensive yacht range. She represents the pinnacle of Heesen’s expertise in building sporty, lithe and graceful semi-displacement motor yachts. The interior design by Cristiano Gatto celebrates the lineage of her forebears. The décor is fresh and elegant, and beautifully combines a light palette of colours with silver to create an atmosphere throughout the yacht that exudes tranquillity. The versatile layout comprises five lower deck suites and a master stateroom on the main deck forward, giving capacity for twelve guests serviced by nine crew. Her exterior lines, by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, embody Heesen’s DNA: the pelican-beak bow with reverse sheer and the sporty mast give Masa a very distinctive look.
