Project Summary:

The implementation of this project will completely transform and digitalize the creation, production, distribution, and placement of the Yachts Croatia magazine. New digital solutions will be implemented in the business, resulting in the integration of video content into the creative process, which is a new business process for D.Š. SAVJETOVANJE Ltd., as well as the improvement of production, distribution, and placement business processes.

The project implementation signifies a comprehensive digital transformation, which also includes the competencies required for transitioning to new, digitized models through employee training. Continued reflection and investment in digital transformations are essential for achieving competitiveness in the unique digital market, which introduces entirely new forms of online magazine consumption.

The goal of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and capacity of D.Š. SAVJETOVANJE for business operations in the unique digital market through the development of new innovative business processes, enabling the creation of better and more modern services for the targeted market.
