After Show Party: Yachts Croatia and Croatia Yachting in good company
The launch of Yachts Croatia's milestone 90th issue and the unveiling of Croatia Yachting's new visual identity brought friends, partners and industry colleagues together for a joint After Show Party following Friday's Biograd Boat Show activities
As another day at the Biograd Boat Show drew to a close, Friday evening shifted the focus from business to celebration. Yachts Croatia and Croatia Yachting welcomed friends, business partners and collaborators to a joint After Show Party marking two important occasions. For Yachts Croatia, the evening celebrated the publication of its 90th issue, while Croatia Yachting introduced its new visual identity. The event brought these milestones together, with particular attention given to a magazine whose editorial journey spans almost two decades.
An After Show Party with a Purpose
For almost twenty years, Yachts Croatia has explored the world of yachting as part of a broader luxury lifestyle, bringing together a passion for the sea with prestigious automobiles, fine watches, jewellery, fashion, gastronomy and travel. Throughout its editorial journey, the magazine has also remained closely connected to Croatia's coastline, destinations and distinctive local experiences.
This editorial diversity is reflected in the milestone 90th issue, featuring Gulf Craft's Majesty 145 superyacht on the cover and yacht tests of the Absolute Navetta 58, Prestige F4.3, SACS Hyper 5S and Technohull Alpha 45. Interviews with winemaker Marina Cvetić and Captain Kate McCue are joined by stories exploring the Adriatic's ancient heritage, autumn escapes and destinations such as Stancija Baracija in Istria and Čudesna šuma in Baranja. The lifestyle pages range from an Iris van Herpen exhibition and architecturally distinctive wineries to luxury electric vehicles, moonphase watches and the arrival of Italian jewellery house Roberto Coin in Croatia.
Together, these subjects reflect the magazine's distinctive blend of yachting, luxury and Croatian destinations. Celebrating 90 issues provided an opportunity to share that achievement with the people who have accompanied Yachts Croatia throughout its journey.
A new chapter for Croatia Yachting
The After Show Party also provided the setting for another important occasion: the unveiling of Croatia Yachting's new brand identity.
The official programme was hosted by Doris Pinčić, who welcomed Darko Šupuk, Domagoj Milišić and Anja Zambelli Čolak, the designer behind Croatia Yachting's new visual identity, onto the stage.
Among the guests was Vitomir Maričić, the newly appointed Croatia Yachting ambassador. The celebrated Croatian freediver and record holder, whose achievements have earned him a place in the Guinness World Records and induction into the International Sports Hall of Fame, joined friends, partners and colleagues for the celebration.
Biograd Boat Show – Ilirija d.d. also played an important role as an event partner, contributing to the organisation of the evening. Among those attending was Milan Šangulin, director of the Biograd Boat Show, with whom Yachts Croatia has maintained a successful and longstanding professional relationship.
After-Show Party to the Rhythm of Music and Dalmatian Wines
Following the official presentation, the evening continued with music, conversation and dancing. DJ Matthew Bee and Boris Sax provided the entertainment, bringing familiar hits and energy to the celebration.
Alongside the cocktails served throughout the evening, Baraka wines added a distinctly Dalmatian touch to the occasion. Produced by a family-owned boutique winery on the Srima peninsula, between Šibenik and Vodice, Baraka wines reflect a commitment to quality and the winemaking heritage of the Dalmatian region. With their authentic character and the winery's dedication to memorable wine experiences, they were a fitting addition to an evening devoted to good company, shared achievements and celebration.
For Yachts Croatia, marking the publication of its 90th issue was about more than celebrating an editorial milestone. It was an opportunity to reconnect with the people who have been part of the magazine's almost twenty-year journey, from long-standing business partners to friends and collaborators.
With Croatia Yachting's new visual identity providing another reason to celebrate, the After Show Party brought two important occasions together in an evening dedicated to shared achievements, new beginnings and lasting relationships
