Floatist, the fleet and charter operations management platform, is expanding rapidly in Croatia after closing a new €500,000 investment round. The platform is designed specifically for yacht charter fleet operators, helping them streamline turnaround days, manage maintenance, and improve the guest experience through one connected system.

With over 600 yachts already live on the platform, Floatist provides real-time communication between office staff, dock crews, and cleaning teams, ensuring every boat is prepared on time. The system also tracks routine and corrective maintenance, giving operators a clear logbook that protects fleet value and prevents costly breakdowns.

On the guest side, the Floatist app allows charterers to complete contracts, complete information and order add-ons before arriving at the marina. Once on board, they have all equipment instructions and troubleshooting guides in their own language at their fingertips, and they can complete check-in guided through the app.

Croatia, as one of the world’s leading yacht charter destinations, is a key market for Floatist’s expansion. Local operators are turning to technology to stay competitive, reduce stress on staff, and deliver smoother holidays to guests.

'Our mission is to give charter companies the tools to operate more efficiently and confidently,' said Floatist co-founder Cindy Allis. 'This new funding allows us to strengthen our presence in Croatia and support operators in delivering a top-class charter experience.'
