First Unit of Mangusta Gransport 34 Launched in Viareggio
Overmarine's shipyard in Viareggio has launched the first hull of the Mangusta GranSport 34, the latest addition to a line that has already made its mark in the industry. The new model follows the Mangusta GranSport 33, of which 12 units have been delivered, and introduces more advanced technology alongside a refreshed visual identity.
Designed by Alberto Mancini in collaboration with Overmarine Group's Engineering Department, the 33.9-metre yacht offers a blend of sporty looks and practical versatility. Its limited draught opens up shallower cruising grounds that many similarly sized yachts cannot access, while the 7.4-metre beam provides generous interior space throughout.
The interior and exterior flow naturally into one another, with larger glazed surfaces on both the main and lower decks bringing more light and sea views into the living areas. The layout centres around a 40 sq. m master stateroom on the main deck, with four guest cabins and three crew cabins below.
Four Volvo Penta IPS engines keep things quiet and efficient, with a top speed of 24 knots and enough range for extended passages.
