VAT: In Croatia, a 13% VAT is added to the charter fee.
APA (ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE): This is generally 30-40% of the charter fee and covers supplies, food, drinks, fuel, marina fees, and any additional services you request during your trip. In our experience, 30% of the charter fee is usually sufficient to cover these expenses. It’s also important to note that any remaining funds in the APA are refunded to you, as outlined in Clause 8 of the MYBA contract. The crew manages this budget in a transparent way to ensure your needs are met seamlessly.
DELIVERY/REDELIVERY FEES: If your charter week does not start or end at the yacht’s home port, additional delivery or return fees may apply, for example if you embark in Split and disembark in Dubrovnik.
