Nautor Swan previewed the very first renders of the Swan Alloy 44, designed by Malcolm McKeon in collaboration with Swan’s New Product Development and Technical Office teams. As the brand’s first aluminium supermaxi, Swan Alloy 44 opens new possibilities in customisation, stiffness-to-weight and lifecycle serviceability while remaining unmistakably Swan in proportion and profile.

A full technical release and launch is expected in 2026, with Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of Sanlorenzo confirming it will be the first yacht to be launched at Nautor Swan’s new facility in Viareggio, with the highest quality aluminium hulls sourced from the Gouwerok Yard in the Netherlands.

'Alloy gives us new freedom without losing the Swan silhouette, elegance in line, purpose in detail, and a sailing experience that feels effortless,' said Malcolm McKeon.

To complete the picture, Nautor Swan confirmed up to two further models in the alloy family, beyond 50 meters, and a forthcoming Bluewater line.

Together, these programmes broaden the brand’s reach and product offering: Maxi for performance cruising at scale; Alloy for semi-custom supermaxi projects in aluminium; Bluewater to welcome owners seeking long-range composure with Swan’s design clarity.
