Amelie Lens, Cave Romane
3 July 2026 | Vinkuran, Pula
Just outside Pula, Cave Romane is a 2,000-year-old limestone quarry that once supplied stone for the construction of the Pula Arena. Today, its rock faces rising up to 50 metres form an impressive natural amphitheatre with remarkable acoustics. It’s here that Amelie Lens, one of the most recognisable names in contemporary techno, takes the stage, in what is already shaping up to be one of the standout electronic music moments of the summer.
Pula Film Festival
9 – 16 July 2026 | Pula, Istria
Since 1954, the Pula Film Festival has transformed the Arena into an open-air cinema under the stars, making it one of the most important film events in the region. With a strong focus on domestic production, the festival draws filmmakers, critics, and audiences from across the region. Watching a film inside a Roman amphitheatre, on a warm summer night with the sea close by, is an experience that no conventional cinema can match.
Love International
8 – 14 July 2026 | Tisno, Murter
At The Garden Resort in Tisno, Love International carries on the spirit of the original Garden Festival that put this small Dalmatian town on the world’s festival map. Seven days and nights of near-continuous music, boat parties, and open-air afterparties draw a devoted crowd from around the globe. No VIP areas, no barriers, just great music, the sea, and the easy atmosphere that has made Tisno a byword for a certain kind of summer.
Dubrovnik Summer Festival
10 July – 25 August 2026 | Dubrovnik
With a tradition stretching back to 1950, the Dubrovnik Summer Festival is the oldest and most prestigious summer cultural festival in Croatia. The city’s fortresses, squares, and palaces within the old walls become stages for opera, theatre, ballet, and symphonic concerts, featuring both Croatian and international performers. For sailors dropping anchor off Dubrovnik, this cultural experience has defined summers on the southern coast for decades.
Split Summer Festival
14 July – 14 August 2026 | Split
Split’s ancient core becomes the backdrop for opera, theatre, concerts, and dance as part of the Split Summer Festival. The Peristyle, Prokurative, and Diocletian’s Palace transform into venues where the architecture itself does the work of any set designer, a backdrop that is simply impossible to replicate.
Osor Musical Evenings
20 July – 23 August 2026 | Osor, Cres

Martinis Marchi Summer Party
1 August 2026 | Martinis Marchi, Šolta
On the island of Šolta, within an 18th-century Baroque castle, Martinis Marchi hosts one of the most elegant events on the coast. Ponta Lopud Jazz Festival
27 – 29 August 2026 | Lopud
By late August, Lopud becomes a small but perfectly formed jazz destination, with a carefully curated programme right by the water. The island's intimacy gives the festival a quality that larger urban jazz events rarely capture, and those who arrive by boat know exactly why the trip was worth it.
Ponta Lopud Book Bridge
17 – 19 September 2026 | Lopud
The third and final Ponta Lopud event of the season is a literary festival that brings together writers, translators, and readers from across Europe. Conversations, readings, and encounters turn this small island into a cultural stage of quiet but considerable substance.
Peristil Vibrez
7 – 9 September 2026 | Split
In early September, the Peristyle becomes the setting for three concert evenings bringing together different musical traditions and world-class performers.
