New Adriatic Luxury Hotels: SIRO, Isolano, Hilton Preko & Hyatt Zadar

New hotels sprinkled along the Adriatic coast redefine vacations, with their cocktail of stylish design and local flavors mixed to perfection in subtle, authentic luxury
 

SIRO Boka Place — Porto Montenegro

SIRO Boka Place in Boka Bay is the first hotel fully dedicated to active rest and recovery. Featuring an expansive Fitness Lab with state-of-the-art facilities, alongside a one-of-a-kind Recovery Lab offering holistic classes, and advanced treatments, and a 25-metre outdoor swimming pool, the hotel offers access to a team of in-house experts and experiences that accommodate diverse ages and ability sets. Each room, suite and apartment, seamlessly integrates holistic wellness, and besides sweeping views of Kotor Bay, each space is soundproofed with sleep and recovery optimising features, including temperature-regulating mattresses and blackout curtains.

The Isolano — Cres

The Isolano on the island of Cres is the first hotel in Croatia within the Autograph Collection Hotels under the Marriott brand. Designed by Kristina Zanic, the interiors reflect Mediterranean elegance with locally sourced materials and artworks. Each of the 49 meticulously appointed guestrooms and suites features private balconies complete with artisanal wooden benches to sit and take in the panoramic sea views. The hotel's dining experiences celebrate Adriatic culinary heritage, with Chef Aleksandar Kerekes presenting locally inspired dishes at restaurant The Moise. With direct beach access, guests can savour island life or unwind at the pools, spa, and fitness centre equipped with NOHrD and Bodytone equipment.

Hotel Preko — Ugljan

Hotel Preko, the first Hilton hotel on Croatian islands, was opened on the island of Ugljan as part of the prestigious Curio Collection by Hilton franchise. Located along the coast in the center of Preko, the hotel has 65 elegant rooms, a wellness center, a swimming pool, and the Terra restaurant, which combines local ingredients with modern culinary techniques, offering an authentic Mediterranean experience in every bite. Dalmatia is the inspiration behind the hotel's architecture and interior design, full of natural materials and Mediterranean greenery. With the Hilton Honors program and fast boat transfers to Zadar and nearby islands, Hotel Preko is becoming a new favorite destination on the Adriatic.

Hyatt Regency — Zadar

Located at the heart of Croatia’s Adriatic coast, and just a short walk from Zadar’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, Hyatt Regency Zadar offers an enriching and inspiring setting for curious travelers exploring local attractions. Hotel features 133 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, each memorable for showcasing Zadar’s renowned sunset. The culinary offering is inspired by Dalmatian and Italian cuisine, as well as a fusion of Asian and South American flavors.
