New Records Achieved at Biograd Boat Show

The 27th Biograd Boat Show finished with another record show, hosting more than 400 exhibitors and 500 new vessels up to 24m.  Central Europe’s largest boat show took place at the 800-berth marina Kornati in Biograd, Croatia, with a pontoon bridge displaying more than 90 vessels joining the two halves of Marina Kornati. 

Most of the World’s leading brands were on display, with 4 exhibition halls filled with equipment and nautical services. The Biograd city port was also home to brokerage exhibitors, while the promenade leading to the city port is lined with dealers of the latest automobiles.

The exhibition proudly showcased over 50 vessel premieres across world, European, and Croatian categories. Reflecting its growing stature, several major international shipyards including the influential Benneteau group praised the event’s expanding international reach, confirming its success against broader industry trends. 

Catering to the needs of boaters across at least 10 neighboring countries, the show featured numerous global shipyards and their dealer networks representing a wide array of international markets.

B2B activities feature prominently, with Hall D hosting the 7th Croatia Charter Expo held on Wednesday and Thursday, where fleet operators of the World’s largest bareboat fleet meet with brokers and suppliers.  By Friday morning, the Hall was transformed into the Croatia Luxury and Travel Show, which included, luxury and exotic cars.

The Croatian Chamber of Economy hosts the 9th Croatian Nautical Days Congress with 4 full days of industry meetings and presentations in the Captain’s Club.

The legendary entertainment program was very well attended and flowed flawlessly with 10 events held in the Marina, attracting thousands, from intimate dinner and dancing events to concerts and late night after parties.  To top things off, there were many more events just a few steps away in the town centre.

During the Biograd Boat Show, Yachts Croatia hosted its traditional party in collaboration with the event’s organizers. The gathering brought together distinguished guests, partners, and friends of the brand from across the yachting industry. The occasion also marked the presentation of the latest issue of the region’s only luxury yachting magazine, offering an insight into the current trends, innovations, and achievements in the world of yachting.

The combination of a very large classic boat show, strong B2B program, and legendary entertainment program, all held in an intimate resort setting has created the phenomenon of 26 record shows over 27 years. This attracts a strong international crowd of looking for more than just a boat show.
