Azimut Fly 70 Set for World Premiere at Cannes Yachting Festival
Azimut is set to showcase the new Fly 70 at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, marking the next evolution in its iconic flybridge line.
Shaping the new generation is an exceptional design duo: Alberto Mancini for the exteriors and Fabio Fantolino for the interiors, having previously collaborated on the acclaimed Fly 62, Fly 72, and Fly 82 models. Together, they blend sporty, ocean sculpted lines with sophisticated, contemporary interior architecture.
The main deck and open air flybridge prioritize fluid social spaces, incorporating suede accents, Green River and Taj Mahal marble, and custom Patricia Urquiola dining chairs.
Owners can select between two cockpit configurations: the Terrace Cockpit with an infinity aft parapet for eight person dining, or the Beach Cockpit with an opening transom that lowers into a water level sunpad. Below deck, four cabins will accommodate up to eight guests, centered around a midships master suite.
Built with extensive carbon fiber and powered by twin Volvo IPS 1350 engines, the Fly 70 reaches top speeds of 31 knots. The model will also debut Azimut’s Silent Technology Pure system, which slashes particulate emissions by 95 percent and halves generator noise levels at anchor for a cleaner, quieter onboard experience.
