Fifteen years after redefining steel yacht design, Sanlorenzo introduces the 58Steel, the evolved successor to the 57Steel. The new model brings a diesel electric hybrid propulsion system, a redesigned platform and expanded volumes that reflect the brand’s commitment to proportion, innovation and future focused engineering.

Sanlorenzo’s steel line, first launched in 2010, set new expectations for strength, balance and elegance. The 58Steel continues this trajectory. Designed by Zuccon International Project, it is one metre longer, broader in beam and far more versatile, with zero emissions cruising made possible by hybrid technology.

'The 58Steel embodies a superyacht that redefines proportion, privacy and performance, offering a new dimension of silent, sustainable cruising,' said Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman of Sanlorenzo.

Interior volumes approach those of a 64 metre yacht, with layouts designed for flexibility. The lower deck offers two full beam VIP cabins, while the main deck includes a Supreme VIP. The upper deck forms a private owner’s retreat with a panoramic suite, pool, office and convertible lounge.

The beach club opens on three sides to create a terrace over the sea, complete with bar, hammam, gym and beauty area. The hybrid system, powered by five 425 kW generators and a one MWh battery pack, reduces emissions by around ten percent and allows silent or zero emissions operation for extended periods.

A reengineered single deck engine room frees more than forty square metres for guest use. Interiors by the Sanlorenzo Style Department blend dark woods with Calacatta Borghini marble and mother of pearl to create a calm, refined atmosphere.

Exterior lines maintain the studio’s architectural clarity, while the extended bridge deck improves both function and form. The three sided beach club remains the yacht’s defining feature, turning precise engineering into a serene connection with the sea.
