This February, Split hosted BWA YACHTING world forum, an event gathering BWA YACHTING managers from all the countries in which the company operates – 45 participants from 36 franchises and 25 countries.
Mr. Dorijan Dujmić, head of BWA YACHTING Croatia, says: ‘We hosted the event this year as BWA Croatia is celebrating 20 years in the business. Our chapter was the first, here in Croatia, followed by Montenegro, then Turkey, and that’s how it all began. I can tell you now, those two decades have passed quickly.’
The world’s best yachting agents gathered at the Radisson Hotel in Split, and the main theme this year was the America’s Cup in Barcelona, where BWA YACHTING is the exclusive superyacht program delivery partner. They have already booked 200 berths for yachts (!), and at least another hundred other boats are expected to arrive, so three entire marinas will be needed to accommodate them all.
