The recently finished 26th edition of the Biograd Boat Show was a major success. The show attracted boating enthusiasts and prospective buyers interested in buying or investing in innovation, elegance, comfort, and sailing performance. A complete novelty this year was an exclusive catamaran area in Biograd city port. This dedicated venue created a unique setting for the display of catamarans: One Aquila motor catamaran, four Bali, three Fountaine Pajot, one Nautitech, one Cervetti sailing catamaran, and a record of 5 Lagoons.
Stunning Lagoon range
Nautika Centar Nava joined forces with Lagoon to showcase the largest sailing catamaran lineup ever seen in Biograd and across this part of the Mediterranean.
Lagon’s remarkable lineup of yachting quality and technological excellence, included the magnificent Lagoon Sixty 5, along with the majestic 55, the elegant 51, the modern 46, and the Croatian premiere of the Lagoon 43. Each model demonstrated Lagoon’s focus on comfort, design, and seafaring sophistication.
The Lagoon 43, making its Croatian debut, was the show’s highlight. It attracted the most visitors who admired its innovative saloon and cockpit layout, and in particular the seating next to the helm. Another star of the show was certainly the largest model – Lagoon Sixty 5. Her spacious exterior and interior layout captivated attendees.
The collaboration between Nava and Lagoon resulted in a stylish, spacious stand where representatives and Adriatic dealers could comfortably host clients. Tania, a professional Lagoon team member, made sure every guest was welcomed according to brand’s high standards.
The Area Sales Manager from Lagoon, Barthelemy Mulliez, expressed his gratitude, saying, ‘It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with clients and charter companies from the Adriatic. Five days of amazing yachts and events
The Biograd Boat Show was blessed with fine weather. With only one rainy day throughout the event, attendees had plenty of opportunities to explore the yachts under clear skies and mild, summer-like temperatures. Each vessel’s sleek lines reflected gracefully in the calm waters, maximizing the enjoyment of the innovative features and elegant design.
On Saturday, 26th October, the official Lagoon after-show party brought together Lagoon representatives, dealers, owners, potential customers, and guests for an evening of relaxed conversation, good music, snacks and drinks.
Looking ahead towards 2025 and beyond
The future looks incredibly promising for Lagoon catamarans in the Adriatic, as Croatia remains the world’s top charter destination. The brand’s exceptional quality and craftsmanship continue to attract significant interest from both investors and travelers. The success of the dedicated catamaran area at the Biograd Boat Show marks a positive step forward for charter companies in Croatia, and for the growing popularity of catamaran charter in general.
Looking ahead, Lagoon plans to participate in the prestigious Boot Düsseldorf show in January 2025. The highly anticipated Lagoon 38 will also make its debut in 2025. On the other hand, the arrival of the brand-new Lagoon 60 to Nava’s charter fleet is an exciting development. Prospective customers will have the opportunity to explore or charter it from the exclusive Nava marina on Split’s picturesque West Coast promenade.
