Sunseeker reveals the all-new 55 Sport Yacht concept in a planned expansion of its 55-foot range. The 55 Sport Yacht is one of four yachts in the 55-foot range from fully open through to full flybridge, offering diversity to suit owner requirements.
The 55 Sport Yacht continues a legacy of Sports Bridge models with its unique driving position on the upper deck. Delivering the thrill of exceptional performance, the Sunseeker 55 Sport Yacht is equipped with Volvo Penta IPS 950 engines achieving a top speed of 35 knots.
The 55 Sport Yacht is an athletic new yacht set to join the Sunseeker range in 2025. A stunning exterior profile with a sweeping silhouette will capture attention in any marina. With new features and stylistic cues from the automotive world, this 55-foot project will be an exciting addition to the Sport Yacht range. Built upon the Superhawk 55 hull, the Sport Yacht variant offers several dimensions of outside and inside space.
The aft cockpit offers comfortable seating for up to six guests. Most notably, the Sports Bridge overhang creates a cocooned effect in the aft cockpit, contributing to the overall feeling of privacy and comfort. The sunpad is equipped with adjustable headrest bolsters, built-in drinks holders, and a stunning aft view. Access to the Sports Bridge is found via a staircase on the starboard side with companionway hatch.
The Sports Bridge is a defining feature of the all-new 55 Sport Yacht. This agile 55-foot performance model benefits from an upper helm console for a second driving position and aft seating for socialising. The Sports Bridge offers a third dimension of space on board that allows owners and guests to cruise in harmony.
The 55 Sport Yacht combines style and functionality in every detail. Low-level LED deck lighting and a new fixed signature transom traverse connect the port and starboard sides, even when the bathing platform is lowered. The aft profile is both beautiful and functional. Dual transom steps lead to the cockpit and side decks, which lead on to the foredeck, featuring a large sun pad and ample storage.
The tender garage is concealed beneath the aft sunpad and houses a Williams TurboJet 325. Stowage for two SeaBobs is cleverly integrated on the underside of the garage door, another first. The hydraulic bathing platform lowers diagonally while the sunpad raises to reveal steps directly into the water and the tender on a rolling launch and recovery system.
The 55 Sport Yacht interior layout is exceptionally flexible and can be customised to meet owner preferences. The main deck welcomes guests with an open and spacious saloon configuration. There is deep, comfortable seating to port and a full-size galley with refrigeration, oven and hob with a high-level TV on the starboard side. This social configuration connects the cockpit wet bar to the interior work surfaces with a clever in-fill, enabling seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment when the cockpit doors are retracted.
Forward of the saloon lies the helm console with twin bolstered seats on the starboard side and storage to port. The lower deck comprises two comfortable cabins, separated by a generous dining and utility space. Alternatively, you can opt for a spacious fully functional galley and increase the main deck saloon seating by replacing the upper galley with more seating and a fall and rise TV. There is also a further alternative in having an additional twin cabin and en-suite, a design success that is unique to the sector.

The interior design of the 55 Sport Yacht exemplifies Sunseeker’s customer-first approach to style, comfort and practicality. A large double bed with either a storage console or a breakfast seating group to starboard and a large storage console to port accompanies a full-height wardrobe and spacious en suite.
The forward VIP cabin benefits from scissor berths, storage units and an en suite. Both cabins are finished to an immaculate standard and has ample headroom, creating a more spacious feeling for long-distance cruising.
