This past weekend, for the thirteenth consecutive year, the magically designed heritage hotel, restaurant, and marina Martinis Marchi on the island of Šolta hosted their famous lavish themed event.
The summer party, wrapped in an alluring red theme under the name ‘RED O’CLOCK’ and set against the backdrop of the famous opera Phantom of the Opera, offered owners of captivating Sunseeker yachts, guests of this unique heritage hotel—often discreetly hosting notable names from the business, show business, and sports worlds—a whole weekend of adventurous, entertaining, gastronomic, and fashion delights for which tickets were in high demand!
On Friday, the hosts welcomed guests with an array of seafood delicacies, Lanson champagne, and wines from the Jakovac winery. The team from Luxury Marine Toys provided adrenaline-pumping water activities, entertaining guests with thrilling water stunts and offering fun for all ages. The weekend was short for numerous test drives in luxurious cars from Maserati and Land Rover, provided by Auto Benussi – Underground, along with a ‘phantom’ red Ferrari that perfectly complemented the baroque castle’s façade and the marina filled with enticing yachts.
A somewhat lazy summer afternoon, while the hosts were diligently preparing for the evening, was filled with magic through an art workshop led by painter Lidija Jovanović Marušić and the famous naïve artist from Šolta, Vicko Buktenica. They guided the guests in discovering their artistic talents and enjoying the experience, accompanied by Jana water.
The afternoon warm-up in the ‘la dolce vita’ style, with Malfy Gin, led the guests to dance on the luxurious boats anchored in the marina, which once again justified its title as the best small marina on the Adriatic.
With the most beautiful sunset, the hosts treated the gathered guests to an artistic and fashion performance, including several captivating acrobatic acts. Our renowned designer Monika Sablić presented her beautiful creations, full of romance and femininity, in an exclusive fashion show after a full nine years.
The stunning setting revealed as guests entered the enchanting castle gardens for dinner under the stars was enhanced by Mumm champagne and wines from the KOTA winery, alongside gastronomic delicacies prepared by sushi masters from Fisheria and The Meat, whose brand ambassador, the renowned two-Michelin-star chef Deni Srdoč, delighted everyone with perfectly prepared cuts of meat.
The evening, featuring performances by various artists and international stars such as Jean Pearl, Marc Terenzi, and the excellent Habama Brothers, had guests dancing long into the night, creating the most beautiful summer memories.
